A firm built around what should never have been missed.
We're a partnership practice with offices in New York and Colorado. We work with one law firm per state to develop a focused late cancer diagnosis practice — the kind of work that is too important and too specialized to leave to chance.
Why we built this.
Late cancer diagnosis is, in our experience, one of the most under-served corners of medical malpractice. Families arrive at lawyers' offices in the worst weeks of their lives. The cases are factually complex, medically dense, and emotionally devastating — and most firms simply aren't built to handle them well.
At the same time, we've watched personal injury and medical malpractice firms across the country struggle to differentiate. Generic practice growth tactics keep producing generic firms. The result is more competition for the same overworked case types, while patients with delayed-diagnosis claims get bounced from intake to intake.
Peachward exists at the intersection of those two problems. We bring a firm in each state the playbook, the case acquisition, the expert relationships, and the brand framework — built and refined alongside our flagship partner over years of practice.
Three principles, applied every day.
One firm per state.
Exclusivity is not a marketing claim — it's the operating model. We can't deliver this depth of practice support to multiple firms in the same market, so we don't try.
The work outranks the brand.
Families care about outcomes. Our job is to make sure the firm we partner with can deliver them — through case selection, expert support, and infrastructure that doesn't get watered down for marketing.
Restraint is a strategy.
This is not a category for urgency-driven copy or aggressive lead funnels. The clients who need us are already overwhelmed. We meet them quietly, with seriousness.
Two offices. Aligned around one practice.
New York.
Our New York office anchors the firm's relationship with our flagship partner — the team that has handled more than 1,500 cancer-related malpractice cases and produced the case results referenced throughout this site.
Colorado.
Our Colorado office leads brand, marketing, and case acquisition systems for partner firms — the operations side of the practice that gets handed to firms in new states ready to run.
"We never forget that a courtroom success or settlement in a client's favor has the power to change a family's life — to give them the ability to start to pick up the pieces and move on with their lives as best they can. The whole partnership is built around that."
A short, candid first conversation.
If you're considering whether late diagnosis cancer cases could be the right addition to your firm's practice, we'd rather have a real conversation than send you a pitch deck.
